Ever wonder where the Thor was during Captain America: Civil War? This hilarious mockumentary answers all of our questions.
Marvel Studios officially released the mockumentary, which was previously shown at Comic-Con. The hilarious featurette explains why Hemsworth’s character didn’t appear in Civil War and exactly what the god of thunder has been doing since Age of Ultron.

So what has our favourite Norse God been doing? Well, not a lot. The mockumentary is packed full of hilarious content, with Mjölnir getting his own bed being my personal favourite. If anything is made clear it’s that the hero definitely needs to find some trouble. Life gets pretty boring for a superhero with no villain.
Although the small mockumentary doesn’t offer up much from Thor: Ragnarok, it does give fans a look at director Taika Waititi’s unique comedy style and the direction he is taking the character. The mockumentary also perfectly sets up a new tone for the franchise and gives Chris Hemsworth the chance stretch his surprisingly big comedic muscles.
Thor: Ragnarok is currently filming in Australia, so it’ll be a while before we see any official trailer or teaser. The film has an all-star cast of Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Kate Blanchett, and Tessa Thompson.
Thor: Ragnarok is scheduled for release on October 27, 2017.
